My opinion : I think Shida was really close to Wakaba than Yamada and Mickey because even in TGQ DVD Box videos, I always spotted her with Wakaba. And the arm wrestle, they holding each others' hands ?! Didn't Yamada want that chance too? I wonder if YamaShi did this too xD
